The Cleanpart Group headquarter is located in Asperg, southern Germany. The company cleans and processes mainly wafer-like components and subassemblies from high-vacuum manufacturing units of the semiconductor industry.
In addition to this core sector, the company services additionally optical, solar, medical and automotive sectors with gentle cleaning procedures and individual coatings for obtaining special function surfaces.
The latest addition to the portfolio of functional coatings is plasma thin-film technology, carried out in Asperg, due to the takeover of Ikos GmbH from Stockstadt am Main, Germany.

In 2008, the Ikos production facilities were relocated to Asperg, the plant capacities extended and the processes used further developed.
